A:
- The most important bit of information I need is the measurement around your wrist or neck (including the amount of slack you'd prefer; usually an inch or so on bracelets).
- If it's a custom order, then we need to know the colors you'd like it to include.
- The layout of the colors you'd like, if different from a current design.
- The weave you'd prefer. (Byzantine, Full Persian 6 in 1, Half Persian 4 in 1, etc)
A: The majority of what you'll see on our site are made of anodized aluminum (colored rings) and bright aluminum (silver rings). But we also offer jewelry in stainless steel, titanium, sterling silver, argentium silver, gold fill and rose gold fill.
A: Absolutely! Simply use the Contact Us form and let us know what you'd like. We'll work with you to bring your vision to life.
A: We primarily use 18-gauge and 16-gauge rings.
A: Most bracelets, if not purchasing something already made, take less than 24 hours to complete once started. Most necklaces take 48 to 36 hours to complete once started (depending on the length ordered). The turnaround time depends on the number of items ordered, the number of rings the particular weave uses, delivery time from our supplier (primarily for other-than-anodized-aluminum metals. Usually no more than one week), and whether or not there are orders in front of yours. But rest assured we'll stay in contact with you regarding any of the above.
A: All orders, unless ordering something already in stock, are considered custom orders. Time spent on those orders is time not spent on other orders. In short, it's to ensure payment for our time and materials.
A: If your order hasn't been started yet, we'll simply ask for your updated wishes. Any items in your order that have already been started will not be refunded. Your new preference would be treated as a new order. We simply can not start one piece and then cast it aside and start another piece. It would be a waste of our materials and time and wouldn't be fair to our other customers. Please ensure that what you order is precisely what you want.
A: If there is a problem with the workmanship of your order, we'll do everything in our power to fix it. Any item that has been started, but not yet received (due to a change of heart), will not be refunded. Any item that was ordered in an incorrect size is, unfortunately, on the buyer. Please ensure that you request the best fit for each and every item. However, each and every issue that may arise will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
A: Yes, we do! All bulk discounts will be discussed with each individual buyer.
